Bệnh Gout ngày một trở lên phổ biến gây ra nhiều cơn đau nhức cho các đấng mày râu. Người bệnh gặp phải trường hợp này thường cảm thấy khó chịu, bất an, cơn đau kéo dài khiến thể trạng rơi vào trạng thái suy nhược cơ thể. Qua nghiên cứu tìm hiểu trên một số trang báo, và để có được bài thuốc quý giá này chúng tôi đã tìm đến các bản làng, những thầy lang nổi tiếng của các khu vực để đúc kết ra bài thuốc điều trị bệnh gout hiệu quả

Phân Loại:

1. Cây mật gấu : 

Cây có tên khoa học là Isodon lophanthoides thuộc Hoa môi là loại cây gỗ lớn được phân bố chủ yếu ở Châu á như Ấn độ, Trung quốc ở Việt nam cây được mọc tự nhiên chủ yếu ở khu vực phía bắc như Lào cai, Cao bằng , Sapa

Cây mật gấu có thể cao 4 – 6m. Lá kép hình lông chim, mọc so le, dài 30 – 40 cm, lá chét cứng không cuống, hình trái xoan hẹp, dài 6 – 10cm, rộng 2 – 5cm, gốc tròn, đầu lá nhọn như gai, mép có răng nhọn

Cây mật gấu là vị thuốc có tính qui hàn vị đắng,  gỗ và thân có màu vàng óng thường dùng xát lát hoặc ngâm rượu, Cây mật gấu có tác dụng điều trị rối loạn tiêu hoá, bệnh dạ dày đường ruột, đau nhức xương khớp,

Cây Mật Gấu trị tê thấp, mát gan, phòng và trị sỏi Mật, giảm đau lưng và thấp khớp, tăng cường sức khoẻ, tiêu mỡ, viêm đại tràng, giã rượu, béo phì

Cây mật gấu còn trị mụn trứng cá và mụn bọc rất hiệu quả

2.Củ Ráy :

Củ ráy còn có tên cây ráy dại, dã vũ, mọc hoang ở những vùng ẩm thấp. Để làm thuốc nên dùng ráy có tuổi 2-3 năm. Đào rễ rửa sạch, cắt bỏ rễ con, cạo bỏ vỏ ngoài, phơi khô nấu chín hoặc nếu dùng tươi , phải ngâm lâu trong nước. Khi chế biến nên có găng tay vì rất ngứa.

Theo Y học cổ truyền, ráy gai có vị cay, tính ấm, có tác dụng thanh nhiệt giải độc, trừ đờm, bình suyễn. Dùng trị các chứng bệnh viêm gan vàng da, tê buốt bàn chân, đau lưng, mỏi gối…     

 3.Chuối hột rừng

Chuối hột rừng, tên khoa học là Musa acuminata Colla thuộc họ chuối (Musaceae).

Cây có thân cao từ 3 – 4m, lá có phiến dài, mặt dưới có thể tía, cuống xanh có sọc đỏ. Hoa mọc thẳng đứng ở ngọn, có màu đỏ thẫm, xe quả chuối màu vàng rộm, số nải ít hơn từ 8- 10 nải. Quả có cạnh, thịt quả nạc trị nhiều hạt to 4 – 5mm. Nhân dân thường gọi là chuối rừng hoa đỏ

Trái chuối hột còn non, thái mỏng, trộn với các loại rau sống, ăn với nộm sứa, gỏi cá để giảm vị tanh và đề phòng tiêu chảy.

Trái chuối hot rừng có tác dụng trị đái tháo đường, viêm thận, tăng huyết áp, viêm loét dạ dày, giảm đau…

4. Táo mèo ( Sơn trà )

Mọc ở sườn núi, ven suối, ven các bụi rậm ở độ cao 2.000 – 3.000 m. Có ở Ấn Độ, Bhutan, Myanma, Nepal, Pakistan, Sikkim, Thái Lan, tây nam Trung Quốc (tây nam Tứ Xuyên, đông bắc Vân Nam). Tại Việt Nam cây mọc nhiều ở khu vực Sapa, Sơn La, Yên Bái…

Theo y học cổ truyền, táo mèo (sơn tra) có tác dụng: Tiêu thực hóa tích, hoạt huyết tán ứ. Chủ trị các chứng tích trệ, bụng đau tiêu chảy, sản hậu ứ trệ đau bụng, nước ối ra không dứt, sán khí, đau tinh hoàn.

Y học hiện đại: Sơn tra được dùng khá phổ biến tại các nước Châu Âu, nhất là ở các nước Đông Âu như Nga, Ba Lan, Hungari. Tại các nước Tây Âu như Đức, Anh, Thụy Sĩ, Pháp, sơn tra được dùng làm thuốc trị bệnh tim mạch. Chất chiết xuất từ sơn tra có mặt trong hơn 100 đặc chế dùng trị bệnh tim mạch như Crataegutt, Eurython, Esbericard, Cratamed…

Cách sử dụng

– Củ ráy 50g sao vàng, chuối hột 30g sao vàng, mật gấu 30g, táo mèo 20g làm thành 10 thang mỗi một thang dùng với 2 lit nước sắc khoảng 25-30 phút bắc xuống để nguội uống thay nước hàng ngày đối với bệnh nhân Gout ở 3 cấp

– Với bệnh nhân ở Gout ở cấp 3 liều dùng sẽ cao hơn cụ thể Củ ráy 50g, Chuối hột 50g, táo mèo 30g, mật gấu 50g dùng từ 2-3 lit đun sôi 40 phút bắc ra để nguội uống, có thể chế nước thứ 2 dùng nếu khát
