Tiết lộ bài thuốc gia truyền đặc trị bệnh gan hiệu quả của người Chăm-pa cổ

Là kỹ sư nông nghiệp nhưng lại đam mê nghề thuốc, ông Trà Quang Doan (SN 1960, ngụ thôn Đại An, xã Đại Lãnh, huyện Đại Lộc, tỉnh Quảng Nam) đã học hỏi bài thuốc trị bệnh gan theo bí quyết của người Chăm – pa cổ xưa, mày mò rút ngắn công thức chế biến với mong muốn bài thuốc hiệu quả này được phổ biến đến khắp nơi.

Bài thuốc 19 loài cỏ cây

Theo ông Doan, gan là một “nhà máy lọc chất” trong cơ thể, thanh lọc chất độc, tiếp thu dinh dưỡng nuôi cơ thể. Khi chức năng gan yếu, cơ thể thường mệt mỏi, dẫn đến dễ dàng phát sinh nhiều bệnh tật. Phương pháp trị bệnh của ông mang tính khoa học khi không dùng phương pháp bắt mạch, mà lấy kết quả chẩn đoán Tây y làm nền tảng. Bài thuốc trước đây của người Chămpa có khoảng 70 vị thuốc, sau này ông nghiên cứu rút gọn lại còn 19 loại, công dụng không đổi.

Với mong muốn được phổ biến bài thuốc, ông Doan không giấu tỷ lệ kết hợp. Mười chín vị thuốc này bao gồm: Cây chum hoa (lục lạc ba lá) 10g, diệp hạ châu (cây chó đẻ) 10g, ngưu tất (cỏ xước) 10g, mã đề 10g, trinh nữ 10g, cỏ mực 5g, cỏ sữa 5g, hà thủ ô 5g, móng tranh 5g, lá lốt 5g, bạc thau 5g, cam thảo 5g, bồ ngọt (rau ngót) 5g, lạc tiên 5g, mần trầu 5g, mằn ri hoa tím 10g, rau má 5g, bướm bạc 10g, chìa vôi 5g. Tổng trọng lượng các vị thuốc là 130g và tỉ lệ này phải chính xác thì bài thuốc mới có tác dụng như lời tác giả bài thuốc nói.

Ông Doan chia sẻ, thông thường lấy thuốc buổi trưa tốt nhất, bởi lúc này lượng tinh chất được cây quang hợp nhiều nhất, giữ được dược tính cao nhất. Trong một năm, ngày hái thuốc tốt nhất là ngày Hạ chí. Sau khi hái thuốc về, nên rửa sạch, sao qua trên chảo nóng, đem phơi nắng, hoặc sấy khô dùng dần. Ngoài cây bạc thau khi sao phải cho rượu, còn những vị thuốc khác đều sao bình thường.

Ông Doan có lời khuyên: Nên thực hiện công đoạn này càng nhanh càng tốt, bởi nếu để lâu, lượng dược chất có trong thảo dược bị giảm do khô héo. Thông thường một thang có thể đun để dùng thay nước uống hàng ngày, nhưng để đạt hiệu quả cao hơn nên sắc thành thuốc.

Cách nấu thuốc, theo ông Doan là khá đơn giản: Ban đầu cho thuốc vào nồi, đổ xâm xấp nước, đun nhỏ lửa cho đến khi nước còn khoảng một bát (một chén ăn cơm). Lần thứ hai cũng làm tương tự, nhưng lượng thuốc còn lại chỉ còn 0,8 bát thì thành thuốc. Với mỗi thang thuốc, ngày uống hai lần, còn trẻ nhỏ có thể uống ½ thang. Ngoài ra, người bệnh cần có chế độ ăn uống phù hợp, nên ăn các loại rau, qủa, giảm ăn chất béo, thức ăn chứa nhiều đạm.
