Cây rau mương diệt sạch khuẩn HP dạ dày chỉ trong 10 ngày

Suckhoedoisong.vn – Những ngày này, nhiều nơi ở Vĩnh Long truyền miệng nhau về một cây thuốc kỳ diệu chữa viêm loét dạ dày do xoắn khuẩn Helicobacter Pyloy (H. Pylori).

Chúng tôi đã đi tìm những nhân chứng từng dùng những cây thuốc này.

Đau dạ dày do H.Pylori đang là một bệnh phổ biến được rất nhiều người quan tâm. Đến nỗi, nhiều người hễ đau dạ dày là đi xét nghiệm, làm nội soi để tìm “con H. P” (cách gọi dân gian về H.Pylori). Thậm chí có người sau khi xét nghiệm đau dạ dày do H. Pylori đã bắt buộc cả nhà gồm: bà nội, vợ và hai đứa con đi xét nghiệm vì cho rằng: “H.P rất dễ lây”. Bên cạnh đó, vì cho rằng đau dạ dày do H.Pylori có thể dẫn đến ung thư dạ dày, nên nhiều người bằng mọi giá phải “diệt cho được con H.P”.

Nhiều người đã chữa khỏi đau dạ dày, sạch H.Pylori

Khi nghe tin phóng viên Sức khỏe & Đời sống cuối tuần đến để tìm hiểu về cây rau mương, nhiều người ở TP. Vĩnh Long đã đến để gặp, kể chuyện về cây rau này. Trong buổi gặp có một số lương y, bác sĩ là lãnh đạo Hội Đông Y tỉnh Vĩnh Long, Hội Đông Y huyện Mang Thít… Đặc biệt là có doanh nhân Huỳnh Văn Tá (quê ở ấp Hòa An, xã Hòa Lộc, huyện Tam Bình, Vĩnh Long).

Ông Tá cho biết, ông là người đầu tiên được truyền cách sử dụng cây rau mương. Người truyền cho ông đã mất. Ông kể: “Con gái tôi đau dạ dày, đi khám và xét nghiệm ở một bệnh viện ở TP.HCM và được biết cháu bị viêm loét do H.Pylori. Thế nhưng, chữa ở bệnh viện lớn, bác sĩ dõi mà bệnh của cháu sau 6 tháng vẫn không khỏi, H.Pylori vẫn còn. Tôi đang rầu thì tâm sự với mọi người thì có anh bạn chỉ cho cách dùng cây rau mương với lời nói: “Đảm bảo hết bệnh”. Tôi cho cháu dùng thử độ mươi ngày, cháu thấy dạ dày êm, đi xét nghiệm lại thấy dạ dày sạch H.Pylori. Tôi mừng quá. Từ đó, hễ  biết ai đau dạ dày do H.Pylori là tôi chỉ cho cách dùng cây rau mương. Ai cũng lành cả”.

Ông Tá nói cách dùng rau mương chữa dạ dày đơn giản, lấy khoảng 100g lá khô sắc uống ngày hai lần, uống lúc đói, uống khoảng 10 ngày là được. Ông cho rằng uống lá khô tốt hơn lá tươi.

Ông nói thêm rằng, ông rất mừng nếu công dụng của rau mương được nhiều người biết: “như vậy là làm ơn, làm phước”. Cây rau mương mọc ở ngoài đồng, trong vườn rất nhiều, dễ kiếm. Người nghèo nếu dùng cây này mà lành bệnh thì đỡ cho họ bao nhiêu tiền của.

BS.  Phạm Văn Trào (Ủy viên BCH Hội Đông y Vĩnh Long) cũng cho biết, cây rau mương đúng là hiện đang được nhiều người sử dụng để trị đau dạ dày có H.Pylori và có hiệu quả. Đây là cây thuốc đã được sử dụng từ lâu nhưng chữa đau dạ dày thì chỉ mới đây.

Rời TP. Vĩnh Long, chúng tôi đến huyện Mang Thít, nơi có rất người đã dùng cây rau mương chữa đau dạ dày do H.Pylori, trong đó có không ít  người là cán bộ huyện. Một người (không muốn nhắc tên) cho biết đã dùng rau mương trị hiệu quả đau dạ dày do H.Pylori. Ông nói, trước đó ông đã xét nghiệm máu phát hiện có H.Pylori, dạ dày đau, bụng sình, chán ăn… Ông được chỉ dùng rau mương và uống 10 ngày thì các triệu chứng hết, bụng đói, muốn ăn. Sau uống nước sắc rau mương 10 ngày ông mới đi xét nghiệm lại xem đã hết H.Pylori chưa và thật mừng khi “con H.P” đã hết. Sau đợt uống nước sắc rau mương, ông tin tưởng cây thuốc này, chỉ cho người nhà, người thân bị đau dạ dày do H.Pylori dùng cây cỏ dại và “Ai cũng lành bệnh”, ông cho biết. Tuy nhiên, ông cho biết dùng rau mương tươi thì tốt hơn dùng khô, chỉ dùng vài cây một lần là đủ, nấu uống lúc bụng đói trước ăn cơm độ 10 -15 phút.

BS.Nguyễn Phú Lâm (Chủ tịch Hội Đông y huyện Mang Thít, Vĩnh Long)  là người am hiểu về bệnh dạ dày cũng như xoắn khuẩn H.Pylori cũng rất tin tưởng vào công dụng của rau mương. Ông cho rằng, nhiều điều kỳ diệu từ thảo dược mà con người chưa biết hết, cần nghiên cứu thêm. Ông nhiệt tình dẫn chúng tôi gặp gỡ những “người thật, việc thật”; ra đồng ruộng, vườn để thấy và ghi hình cây  rau mương cũng chỉ với mục đích giúp bà con lao động có “vũ khí” mới, rẻ tiền chống chọi bệnh tật, phục hồi sức khỏe.

Rau mương

Lương y Nguyễn Đức Nghĩa, một chuyên gia dược liệu, cho biết: rau mương có rất nhiều ở các tỉnh thành phía Nam, “ở ngoại thành TP.HCM, như ở Q.9, cũng rất nhiều”. Rau mương lành tính, thậm chí người ta còn hái đọt non của nó để làm rau ăn và từ lâu nó đã được dùng làm thuốc.

Theo sách “Từ điển cây thuốc Việt Nam” của TS. Võ Văn Chi, rau mương còn có các tên: rau mương thon, rau lục –Ludwigia hyssopifolia(G.don) Exell (Jussiaea linifoliaVahl), thuộc họ Rau dừa nước -Onagraceae.

Đây là cây thảo cao 25 – 50cm, phân nhánh, mọc đứng, thân và cành có 4 góc tù. Lá hình dải – ngọn giáo, thuôn hẹp dài thành cuống, nhọn mũi, dài 4 – 8cm, rộng 10 -15mm. Hoa nhỏ màu trắng trắng ở nách lá, không cuống. Quả hình trụ, nhẵn hơi phồng lên ở đỉnh, dài 15 – 18mm, rộng 2,5mm, chứa nhiều hạt hình bầu dục. Bộ phận dùng: toàn cây – Herba Ludwigiae Hyssopifoliae.

Cây rau mương được cho là chữa đau dạ dày có H.Pylori rất hiệu quả

Thực tế, cây rau mương ở Vĩnh Long được người dân địa phương dùng làm thuốc chữa đau dạ dày có hoa màu vàng, cao đến cả mét. Có thể đây là cây rau mương đứng cùng họ Rau dừa nước với cây rau mương (theo lương y Nguyễn Đức Nghĩa).

Sách cho biết rau mương mọc ở những chỗ ẩm ven các ngòi nước, hồ nước, các bờ đê, gò ruộng, ruộng cạn dần, tới độ cao 1.500m, từ Lào Cai, Quảng Ninh, vào Quảng Trị, Thừa Thiên- Huế đến các tỉnh Tây Nguyên, tới các tỉnh đồng bằng sông Cửu Long. Thu hái cây vào mùa hè thu, rửa sạch, dùng tươi hoặc thái nhỏ, phơi khô dùng dần.

Tính vị, tác dụng: vị ngọt nhạt, hơi sít, tính mát; có tác dụng thanh nhiệt giải độc, trừ thấp, tiêu thũng, cầm ỉa chảy và lỵ, mát máu tiêu sưng.

Công dụng, chỉ định và phối hợp: Nhân dân một số nơi dùng các ngọn non làm rau nấu canh ăn và dùng làm thuốc trị: cảm mạo phát sốt, sình bụng, viêm họng; viêm ruột ỉa chảy, kiết lỵ. Liều dùng 20 – 40g khô (hoặc 40 -50g cây tươi) sao vàng hạ thổ rồi sắc uống.

Dùng ngoài trị mụn lở sưng đau; lấy cây tươi giã đắp, có khi còn nấu với phèn chua và tro bếp làm thuốc trị nấm ăn chân.

Điều trên cho biết: cây rau mương có ở rất nhiều nới nước ta, dễ tìm gặp, dễ thu hái. Cây thuốc này cũng đã được chữa các bệnh do viêm nhiễm (viêm họng, viêm ruột, ỉa chảy).

Vài lời kết

Trên thực tế, để điều trị đau dạ dày có yếu tố H.Pylori, ngoài các thuốc tân dược còn có những thảo dược, điển hình là cây chè dây chẳng hạn. Việc cây rau mương có nhiều ở nước ta đang được dùng để chữa bệnh đau dạ dày có H.Pylori theo kiểu kinh nghiệm dân gian, truyền miệng chứ chưa có công trình nghiên cứu nào được công bố cho đến thời điểm hiện tại. Đây là cây thuốc dễ tìm, dễ trồng, dễ nhân giống nên sẽ đem lại lợi ích vô cùng to lớn nếu hiệu quả của nó là có thật và được chứng minh.

Trong khi chờ đợi các nhà khoa học vào cuộc để nghiên cứu sâu hơn về cây rau mương, người dùng cây này cũng cần tham khảo các nhà chuyên môn, nên được khám và tư vấn trước và sau một liệu trình dùng thuốc.
